Safari Overview
The most beautiful National parks to visit in Uganda will reward you with a trek of the rare mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park. You will do a lot of birding and game drives in open roof vehicles along the Queen Elizabeth National Park and Murchison falls National Park, including the boat cruise along Kazinga Channel and on River Nile at and Murchison falls. For accommodation, you can choose between luxury, Midrange and Budget depending on your plan.

Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival and Airport pickup.
You will be welcomed by our company representative on arrival at Entebbe international airport. Transfer to your choice hotel in Kampala for dinner and overnight.

Day 02: Transfer to Murchison falls
Have breakfast at your hotel in Kampala and then drive north along the Kampala-Gulu highway. Journey past the famous Luweero triangle which was once a notorious battle ground in the 1980s. Have lunch at the Masindi Hotel. Continue to the Murchison falls National Park and on arrival hike to the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at Red Chilli camp/Sambiya River Lodge/ Chobe Safari lodge.

Day 03: Game drive and launch cruise
After breakfast have a game drive along the northern banks of the park. You may encounter buffalo, kob, lion, Jackson's Hartebeest, waterbuck, baboon, oribi among others. After lunch enjoy a launch cruise to the bottom of the falls. View hundreds of hippos, Nile crocodiles and other wildlife Animals that come to the river to drink. Birds are in plenty and include: the African Jacana, piac piac, rock pranticole, shoe bill among others. Dinner and overnight at Red Chilli camp/Sambiya River Lodge/ Chobe Safari lodge.

Day 04: Drive to Kibale forest national park
After breakfast. Transfer to fort portal having lunch enroute. Dinner and overnight at Primate lodge/Chimp's Nest/ chimpanzee Guest house.

Day 05: Chimpanzee Tracking at Kabale Forest
Report to the park headquarters after breakfast for briefing on chimp tracker's code of conduct. You will then be led by a ranger guide into the forest. If you are early enough you will witness the chimpanzees denesting. Enjoy other diurnal primates like grey cheeked mangabey and red tailed monkey. After lunch have an optional walk in /Bigodi swamp. Dinner and overnight at Primate lodge/Chimp's Nest/ chimpanzee Guest house

Day 06: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park after breakfast. Have a game drive as you enter the park. You may view, buffalo, wildebeest, Lion, topi and Uganda kob. After lunch have a launch cruise on the Kazinga channel. You may see hippos, crocodiles and other bird and wildlife on this trip. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge/Kingfisher safari camp/Mweya hostel.

Day 07: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National park
After breakfast enjoy another game drive in the park. After lunch, transfer to Bwindi national park. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla forest camp/Buhoma homestead/Buhoma community Bandas.

Day 08: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest
You will report to Buhoma park headquarters after breakfast; for briefing. A ranger guide will brief you on expected gorilla tracker's code of conduct. You will then be led into the thick forest to track mountain gorillas. Enjoy other resident forest primates on this trek. When you locate the gorillas, spend an hour with them then return to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla forest camp/Buhoma homestead/Buhoma community Bandas.

Day 09: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast leave Bwindi and drive to Lake Mburo national park in Kiruhura district. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge/Arcadia cottages/Rwonyo campsite.

Day 10: Game drives and Boat ride
Morning drive in the park after breakfast will expose you to some of the parks wildlife like impala, Burchell's zebra, common duikers, buffalo, eland, topi and roan antelopes. After lunch have a boat ride on Lake Mburo. View different marine life and other wildlife that come to drink from the lake. Possible sites may include: crocodiles, hippopotamuses and birds such as Cormorant, Black Crake, Heron, Pelicans, and Fish Eagle among others.

Day 11: Salt Lick and transfer to Kampala
Observe the salt lick from an observation wooden platform at the park after having breakfast. Watch at least 4 different animal species as they lick the salty soil. Leave the park and transfer back to Kampala with stop overs at the Kayabwe equator and royal drum makers for photos and souvenirs.
