What adds magic to Rwanda, is it’s rich culture and million smiles. There are so many tour  sites that visitors can experience to get a glimpse of the way of living of the Rwandese, visitors also get a chance to learn, and take part in the different cultural activities like traditional dances, dress code, local meals, local practices like traditional healing methods among many more.

Day 1: Arrival at the Airport and Kigali City Tour
On arrival at the Airport, meet a representative from Select Safaris Africa and then drive to Kigali (Nyanza) the historical seat of the earliest Rwandan king’s and get exposed to true traditions that live forever. You will tour inside and outside of Mwami’s hut and the more modern stone palace. Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house.

Day 2: Transfer to Butare museum and the hot springs
Following breakfast, drive to Butare the finest ethnographic collection in East Africa that displays advanced traditional artifacts that are illuminated by attractive selection of turn-of-the-century colorless photographs providing insight not only into pre-colonial lifestyles but also Rwanda’s cultural lifestyles, the National Museum for an additional sighting of genocide fact displays that were designed out of experience.
Have lunch and later visit the hot spring in Bugarama. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Tour Genocide memorials (Kabgayi and Murambi)
Following  breakfast, visit Kabgayi Church the massive cathedral of Kabgayi which is 3 km from Gitarama along the Butare road. Later drive to Kigali and on the way visit Murambi Genocide Memorial Site famous for having dead remains of the massacred people like torn old clothes, skeletons of twisted group of people who were killed in groups’ young and elderly, Then dinner and overnight at Kigali Intercontinental hotel.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, depending on the departure time, have an optional visit Nyamirambo Moslem quarter or Franco cultural center and later transfer to the airport to catch up with the flight back
